Lycoming Operator Manuals contain information mostly of importance to pilots and owners. Besides basic recommendations and instructions for starting, run-up procedures, ground checks, leaning, and shut down, and storage, Operator's Manuals are the source of official inflight performance charts for factors including percentage of horsepower, density altitude, fuel consumption, mixture settings.
For the maintenance technician and owner/mechanic, inspections schedules are also included along with required inspection steps, procedures, and troubleshooting.
